The Art of Activism, Leeds Art Gallery

In collaboration with Leeds Art Gallery, Tate and the design collective Reet So. A Risograph printed booklet was designed from the content produced. The booklet was handed out for younger visitors at the Joseph Beuys exhibition containing instructions to activities.

The brief set by Tate was to hold workshops and produce printed documents to inspire young children about art. The participants learned about the artist Joseph Beuys and the themes and ideas communicated within his works. Beuys’s ideas were explored and responded through

art-based activities where thoughts, feelings and ideas were shared.

Role/Responsibilities: captured the events that took place and designed the final page, including a sticker hand-out to further enhance the audience’s interaction with the booklet.
